Eric LE BELLOUR
Trademark and design attorney, founder
Founding partner of WIPLAW in 2012, Eric LE BELLOUR has 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law.
He started his career as an examiner at the French Office, then acted as trademark and design attorney for 10 years in one of the oldest industrial property law firms of France, managing the Trademark & Design Department.
He advises major companies such as L'OREAL, TOTAL, OMEGA PHARMA, THE BODY SHOP, etc.
He gratuated from CEIPI (Center for International Intellectual Properties Studies) in Strasbourg and from the University of Nantes with a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property Law.
He is an active member of various professional associations (APRAM, INTA, Union-IP), regularly gives conferences and contributes to the 360° Database of Lexis Nexis.

Thomas LEWAITE
Trademark and design attorney
Registred French and European Trademark and Design Attorney, Thomas Lewaite holds a Master of Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles (2011) and LLM in Intectual Property rights from KU Leuven. He joined WIPLAW in 2012.
He practices in the different areas of the Intellectual Property, especially trademarks and designs, both at the French, Benelux, European Union and international levels.
Thomas Lewaite is also member of professional organisations (CNCPI, APRAM).

Anne VERRON
IP consultant
Anne Verron has worked in the intellectual property field for 15 years.
She started at the French Industrial Property Office (INPI), Opposition Division. She then moved to intellectual property-related international and european negotiation, in Paris and Brussels (INPI, French Permanent Representation to the EU and EU Commission). She also contributed to the organization of IP conferences.
She joined WIPLAW as a Consultant in 2015.

Pénélope BROUSSE
IP lawyer
Pénélope graduated with a Master in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nantes. She joined WIPLAW in January 2019.
She works in the various fields of intellectual property, notably copyright law, trademark law and design law, whether in France, Benelux, the European Union or internationally.
Before joining the team, Pénélope had experience in the legal department of a Parisian advertising agency.

Marceau FREBY
IP lawyer
DMarceau Freby graduated with a Master in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Lyon.
He is also graduated with two university degrees in American and English law from the Edouard Lambert Institute of Comparative Law, and has studied intellectual property law at the University of Leeds.
As a lawyer at WIPLAW since 2021, he works in the different areas of intellectual property law, in particular trademarks, designs and IP contracts.

Stéphanie VELGHE
Financial consultant
Graduated with a management and accounting Degree, Stéphanie has been counseling her clients for 20 years to ensure their accounting and financial follow-up and to optimise the efficiency of their business.
Ophélie BENARD
Assistant
Ophélie graduated with a Master in Event Communication from ECS of Brussels.
She joined WIPLAW in September 2020 as an IP Legal assistant. She has attended the IP Paralegal Course 2021 of EUIPO.
She supports the team with administrative and deadlines management tasks.
